We were working on this chair collection in our studio as a research project during the quiet period in our workshop. We had been working on it on and off for over 3 years before Naughtone came and saw our patched-up piece in the corner of our workshop. It started off from a Danish wooden chair in the 60s. I liked it because this reference was simple and let the materials do all the work. I borrowed this spirit and designed a chair with no trace of engineering. Available in oak seat and backrest or in plastic.
